Books and Tarot Decks
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- unused and in their original condition;
- returned in their original packaging;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to find the best solution.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing may take several business days.

Customers within the European Union benefit from the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, where applicable under EU consumer protection laws.
